Tonight I spent about 45 minutes finishing the leading edge and tank rib flange bending (making sure they're 90 degrees to the webs). After that, I fluted the left tank ribs. Pretty time-consuming to get the flange holes lined up nice and straight.

The "90" you see marked on the ribs is my simple record-keeping method of tracking which ribs have had their flanges squared.
